Charles Scribner' s Sons,1886. First Edition. Hard Cover. No dust jacket. Cover has moderate shelfwear with chipping on the edges and corners, tears on the top and bottom of the spine, and slightly soiled on the front. Gilt design of Cedric standing next to his dog. Both hinges are cracked. Binding is very shaky. Writing on the front flyleaf. Pages are mildly water stained throughout on right edge, but text is unaffected and still readable. Not ex-library.
